Adrian Caspar is a financial advisor with Royal Financial Partners, serving families, professionals, and small business owners with thoughtful, goal‑driven financial planning. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Adrian brings a holistic approach to wealth management—helping clients gain clarity, confidence, and direction in their financial lives.
Adrian began his career after graduating from the University of South Carolina in 2013. He entered the financial services industry through financial wholesaling, specializing in ETFs and annuities and working closely with advisors to improve client outcomes. This foundational experience gave him a broad, product‑agnostic perspective and a deep understanding of how planning strategies are implemented in real-world client situations.
In 2016, Adrian joined Equitable full‑time, where his performance and leadership abilities were quickly recognized. He was named Developmental Sales Force (DSF) of the Year in both 2018 and 2019. In 2020, he was selected to build and lead a team during an especially challenging period for the industry. Through the pandemic, Adrian successfully navigated growth and change, ultimately serving as Vice President of the Retirement Benefits Group, overseeing the Charlotte area branch team.
Today, Adrian focuses on comprehensive financial planning for individuals and families, as well as planning strategies for small business owners and retirement plan participants. He is known for his ability to simplify complex financial and investment concepts and for helping clients understand the “why” behind each recommendation. Adrian believes financial planning is most effective when it is collaborative and rooted in a client’s values, life experiences, and long‑term priorities—not just numbers on a page.
Adrian holds the Chartered Retirement Education Specialist (CRES) designation and remains committed to ongoing professional development to better serve his clients. He is registered with multiple FINRA and state licenses, including Series 7, 65, 24, and 63, along with state Life & Health and Long‑Term Care licenses.
Outside of the office, Adrian lives in Charlotte with his wife, Kristina, and their dog, Denver. He enjoys spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, exploring new ways to support overall health, and attending live comedy and music events.
